All of them real.
Every ingredient earns its place. If we can't justify it on the bag, it doesn't go in the bowl.

Common questions.
How does this differ from supermarket granola?
Most supermarket granola is built around oats and sugar, with low-cost seed oils and industrial sweeteners. Kernel is built around whole-food protein sources — hemp, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia — with a single sweetener (raw honey) and cold-pressed coconut oil. It's a different product.
Why is it more expensive?
Because the ingredients are. Hemp seeds, raw almonds, raw honey, and cold-pressed coconut oil cost more than oats, sugar, and rapeseed oil. We don't use protein isolates to boost the protein number on the cheap. The 1.5kg bag works out at £1.10 per serving on subscription.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe and you save 15% on every order, with free delivery. Your next bag arrives every 30 days — you can pause, skip, swap size, or cancel any time from your account.
Where is it made?
Small-batch baked in the UK. We control the recipe from sourcing through to the bag.
What are the allergens?
Contains tree nuts (almonds, pecans), seeds (pumpkin, hemp, chia), and gluten. No dairy, no soya, no egg.
Is it suitable for vegans?
No — we use raw honey as the only sweetener. We chose honey because it's whole, unprocessed, and binds the clusters during baking.
How long does a bag last?
The 400g bag is 8 servings — about 1–2 weeks of daily breakfast. The 1.5kg bag is 30 servings — a full month.
